What Howll does

Howll stores your organisation's skills, processes and knowledge as governed, versioned content, serves the approved versions into the AI tools your people use through a connector, and records what was produced from which version.

What Howll does not do

It does not run your skills. Nothing you upload is executed on our infrastructure. Files are stored and served, never run.

Its record covers the connector. The audit log captures what is done through Howll. It cannot capture AI use that never touches Howll, and we do not claim otherwise.

It is not a backup service. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — export exists for exactly this.

Your content stays yours

You own what you put in. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, show it to the people in your organisation you have authorised, and serve it to the AI tools you connect. We do not use it to train models, and we do not sell or share it.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for who you invite and what role you give them, for having the right to store the content you upload, and for not putting things into Howll that you are not permitted to — other people's confidential material, or personal data you have no basis to hold.

Trial, pricing and payment

The trial runs 14 days with up to 5 people. When it ends, new changes and the connector pause; reading and exporting continue, and nothing is deleted.

Team is $450 per month + GST, or $4,050 per year + GST — one price for the organisation, not per seat, up to 20 people. Above that is Enterprise, by arrangement. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card.

Leaving

Cancel whenever you like; it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Export works on every plan, including after cancellation. We will not hold your content hostage to a renewal.

We can end an account for non-payment, or for using Howll to break the law or to harm others. Except where something is plainly illegal, we will tell you first and give you time to export.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Howll running and secure, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here removes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and law

If these terms change materially we will tell the owners of active organisations by email. This agreement is governed by the law of Western Australia.
